Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we handle those concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive the freshest experience possible.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
